These terms cover your use of the numlocate.com website.
1. Information only
This site describes a service we are building. It is not a shop, a subscription or an offer: you cannot buy anything here, and no service is delivered through it. Nothing on this site forms a contract to supply anything to you.
2. What we say about the service
Descriptions of coverage, speed and accuracy are what we intend the product to do — not guarantees. Features may change before launch. The site is provided as is, and we are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of it.
3. Using this site
Please do not:
- disrupt, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the site;
- copy or republish the content in bulk;
- use the NumLocate name, logo or wording as if it were your own.
4. The rule the service will run on
When NumLocate opens, a location will only ever be shared after the person receiving the request approves it. Using it to track, harass or monitor anyone without their consent will be prohibited, and having a lawful reason for a request will be your responsibility. We are stating it here so there is no doubt later.
